Buy Chinese EVs is a B2B sourcing and export support platform based in Qingdao, China. We help overseas dealers, distributors, and fleet buyers compare, evaluate, and procure brand-new Chinese electric vehicles for their local markets.
Who We Are
Buy Chinese EVs was founded by Hai Zhang, a vehicle export specialist with over three years of direct experience in Chinese EV and automotive export, and more than ten years of international business and trade experience across multiple markets.
That background shapes how we work: we understand what overseas buyers actually need to confirm before committing to a purchase — homologation requirements, LHD versus RHD availability, factory lead times, QC processes, shipping scope, and after-sales planning. We bring that knowledge to every sourcing conversation.
What We Help Buyers Do
We help importers compare model options, review battery and trim positioning, evaluate landed cost, and coordinate factory supply, QC inspection, export paperwork, and freight. Our role is to reduce the information gap between Chinese manufacturers and overseas buyers before the first payment is made.
To date we have handled over 500 buyer inquiries across more than 30 active export markets, spanning Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
Who The Site Is For
The site is built for commercial buyers: overseas dealers, distributors, fleet procurement managers, and project importers who need accurate Chinese EV sourcing information in English before requesting a quotation. We do not sell to private retail buyers.
Our Sourcing Approach
Not every EV that sells well in China is the right fit for every overseas market. We shape our recommendations around destination-country regulations, local charging infrastructure, drive-side requirements, service capacity, and buyer budget. We currently list 31 export-ready models from brands including BYD, NIO, Zeekr, Li Auto, Xiaomi, Chery, Geely, and GWM.
What Buyers Usually Need To Confirm
Most serious EV importers need to settle model fit, battery range expectations, destination-country import rules, shipping scope, paperwork requirements, and after-sales planning before placing an order. The homepage import cost calculator, individual product pages, and inquiry form are designed to support that process.
Commercial Scope
Pricing, vehicle availability, export feasibility, and shipment timing depend on the destination market, model supply, trim level, order quantity, and the final commercial agreement. All website content is informational and supports quotation and sourcing discussions — final terms are confirmed directly between buyer and supplier.
